Richmond Wannen is a St. Louis fan who was one of the founders of the Ozark SF Association and was Treasurer of St. Louiscon. (He had gotten a draft notice upon graduating from college, but through a series of appeals (which were all denied) managed to delay induction long enough to complete his duties to Worldcon. He then enlisted in the Army and served in Europe.) He was a member of the SF Club of Webster Groves and the N3F.
