I Parma Vinyar Tengwa

A Tolkien fanzine circulated to members of the Elvish Linguistic Fellowship in San Diego, CA. The editor was Jorge Quinonez. The publication was created to coordinate people interested in producing a book on Tolkien linguistics -- it was officially a private letter to avoid some sort of copyright issue. By the third issue it was re-named Parvhiniath Tîw.
