Pamphrey was a fapazine published by Walt Willis.
It's unclear whether #4 was ever produced. In his Willis bibliography in Warhoon #28, Richard Bergeron said of this issue, '(No evidence of existence)' and it doesn't appear to have been in FAPA 78 or 79, the logical place for it to be.
