Ohio Valley Filk Fest 1 was held September 21-23, 1984 at the Midway Motor Lodge in Springdale, OH. GoH: Julia Ecklar, Gordy Dickson, and Murray Porath. It was chaired by Van Siegling.

It was also considered one of the Filkcon conventions.
