OKon 12 was a convention held July 14-16, 1989 at the Camelot Hotel in Tulsa, OK. The GoH was Robert Bloch, the Artist GoH was David Mattingly, Fan GoH was Dr. David Govaker, and the Filk GoH was Technical Difficulties.
The toastmaster was Steven Gould. Bloch and Tucker exchanged badges during the con, and happily signed each other's autographs for anyone who asked.
