After canceling the 2021 biennial convention, NecronomiCon Providence 2022 was a convention held August 18–21, 2022, at the Providence Graduate Hotel and the Omni Hotel in Providence, RI. Gohs: editor Ann Vandermeer, Argentine artist Santiago Caruso, writers Gemma Files and Cassandra Khaw, game designer Oscar Rios, Canadian filmmaker and critic Kier-La Janisse, British podcaster Jonathan Sims, and poet Bryan Thao Worra.
