Kamikaze was a 22-page, one-shot fanzine (albeit billed as 'formerly Tocsin) published in March 1978 by Harry Bell. It was 'Available solely by Whim, but often as not being sent to faneds who send me fanzines I like.'
As well as words and art from Bell, it includes 'Midnight Shakes the Memory' by Harry Turner and an extensive 'Tocsic Waste' letter column with commentary on the previous year's Tocsin.
