John O'Neill

John O'Neill, a Canadian-born fan and pro based in Chicagoland, has been the editor, publisher and principal writer for the fantasy-oriented semiprozine Black Gate since 1999. During Puppygate, he turned down two Hugo nominations in protest of the slate nominating.
