James R. C. Wiggins was a UK fan from Twickenham in west London active in the 1940s. He was a member of the British Fantasy Society (BFS), joining in November 1942. He was also a member of the Cosmos Club (CSC).
He is listed in the Directory of Anglo-Fandom of 1945 but doesn't seem to be in evidence thereafter.
