InConJunction XIX was held July 2-4, 1999 at the Indianapolis Marriott East. The Author GoH was William R. Forstchen, the Artist GoH was Pat Rawlings, the Gaming GoH was again Steve Jackson. Wendell Phillips was a Featured Guest, the toastmaster was Arlan K. Andrews, Sr. and it was chaired by Randy Porter.
