Hilary Denham Bailey was a writer and editor from London active from around 1963. Her early works included about 15 sf and fantasy short stories. Later novels were, according to the SFE, 'mainstream fiction with occasional sf elements'. She edited or co-edited four issues of the paperback quarterly incarnation of New Worlds (1974–5).
