Hal Haag

(September 6, 1946 – August 12, 2009)

Halmer D. Haag was a Baltimore-area fan who found fandom in 1984. He chaired Balticon 25 and Balticon 35 and worked on Balticon and a number of regionals. He "instigated" the Baltimore in '98 Worldcon bid, was Balticon's Gaming Czar, and was a member of the BSFS Board of Directors. Along with Inge Heyer, he founded BWSMOF. He was an editor of BSFan.
