The 2013 Fourth Street Fantasy Convention took place June 21-23, 2013 at the Doubletree in St. Louis Park, MN, immediately after a major storm moved through Minneapolis, leaving the hotel (and many parts of the Minneapolis-St. Paul area) without power on Friday evening. Power was restored to the convention hotel on Saturday evening. The convention continued throughout the power-outage with windows and doors open to permit light and cross-breeze through the programming room.
