FenCon IX

FenCon IX was a convention held from September 21-23, 2012 at the Crowne Plaza North Dallas in Addison, TX. The Guests of Honor were C. J. Cherryh, John Anealio (music), Teresa Patterson (fan), Donato Giancola, and David Hanson (science).

It was chaired by Tim Morgan, the toastmaster was Peter A. David (sponsored by ORAC), attendance was 747, and the theme was "The Future's So Bright". Karl Schroeder was a special guest and astronaut Stanley G. Love was a special speaker. David Hanson was unable to attend.
