A bid committee organized to bring the Worldcon to Frankfurt, Germany in 1970. The convention was to be called the Francon. It had dropped out of the race before St. Louiscon and it appears likely that this committee was folded into Heicon in '70 which bid and won the right to run Heicon. See 1970 Worldcon Site Selection.
