Robert Samuel “Bobb” Waller (known as Bobby Waller when he entered fandom as a teenager) is a Dallas-Fort Worth-area fan active since the 1970s. He is a member of FACT and was sysop of its FIAWOL-BBS. He belonged to NOR-TAF.
Bobb has been married to Debbie Waller since March 1990.
