Albacon 2008 (Albacon #12) was held October 10-12, 2008 at the Crowne Plaza, in Albany, NY. Anne McCaffrey and Todd McCaffrey (GoH) [Note: Anne could not attend due to health reasons.], Gary S. Blog (Fan GoH), Barclay Shaw (Artist GoH), D. Cameron Calkins (Erotic GoH), Travis Tea (Special GoH), Eric Flint (Special GoH). Chairman: Jan Howard Finder.

The annual 1632 Minicon was also held during the convention.
