1990 Westercon Site Selection

The bidders were Portland in '90 and ...someone else... (By the time of the vote there was no opposing bidder.)

Portland won and went on to run Westercon 43.

Bill Trojan ran a campaign for people to vote "Both" since the 4th of July was a Wednesday and Portland was bidding for the weekend after the 4th and their opponent was bidding for the weekend before. (It didn't win.)
