The 1964 Open ESFA was held March 1, 1964. Virgil Finlay was guest at the meeting. Sam Moskowitz presented a slide show detailing the careers of Finlay and Frank R. Paul, and a testamonial plaque to Paul (who had died not quite a year earlier) was presented to his daughter.
