A relaxacon held January 23–25, 1982, at Trinity College, University of Melbourne, in Melbourne, Australia. It was organised by Christine and Derrick Ashby for SMOFF.

It was listed in issue 8 of Thyme as the (forthcoming) 21st Australian National Science Fiction Convention, the convention usually accorded such a title, Tschaicon, having been listed in issue 2 of Thyme as being, instead, the (forthcoming) 1st Australasian Science Fiction Convention.

There is a convention report in double issue 10/11 of Thyme.

There were plans to hold a Smoffcon 2 convention in 1983, but it was cancelled.
