Mark Plummer, who lives in Croydon, UK, is co-editor with his partner [[Claire Brialey]] of the award-winning [[fanzine]] ''[[Banana Wings]]'', formed by joining their [[fanzines]] ''[[Waxen Wings]]'' and ''[[Banana Skins]]''.  He found [[fandom]] in 1985 and is a member of [[ANZAPA]].

A British fan, fanzine editor and con-runner who first found fandom in 1985. He is the partner of Claire Brialey, with whom he lives in Croydon (UK).

Alongside fanzine and convention activity, he has been a committee member for ZZ9 Plural Z Alpha, the BSFA and the Friends of Foundation. He was a judge for the Arthur C. Clarke Award (1992-1995) and a columnist for the BSFA’s Matrix (2003-2005) and Strange Horizons (2011-2013). He was a member of the Acnestis APA (1993-2001) and has been a member of Anzapa since 2005.

He was on the committee for the 2014 Worldcon (Loncon 3, in London) and with Claire Brialey he has been on con committees for Corflu (a fanzine convention) in 2010 and 2015 and ConRunner 4 in 2017. They have also worked together on publications and programme for Eastercons and other British Worldcons. His other work on conventions has included promotions, dealers’ room, tech and GoH liaison.
