Katharine S. Bond (formerly Riddlebarger), a Seattle conrunning fan, is chair of Seattle Worldcon 2025. She co-chaired the Seattle 2025 bid and is chairperson of its sponsor, Seattle Genre Alliance.

She previously volunteered in a variety of roles, up to Division Head, on a number of Worldcons, including Sasquan, Worldcon 76 in San Jose, Dublin 2019, CoNZealand, DisCon III and Chicon 8. Kathy chaired Norwescon three times, and has held other con offices.

She is married to fellow fan Alan Bond. In mundane life, Kathy is a government attorney who has worked for the National Labor Relations Board and Medicare.
