Justin Winston (aka Faruk von Turk) is a New Orleans fan. He is a member of NOSFA, and of the Sons of the Sand. He chaired DeepSouthCon 17 in 1979 and was one of the leaders of the New Orleans in '88 Worldcon bid and vice chair of Nolacon II.
