Joni Brill Dashoff is a Philadelphia conrunning fan who is married to fellow fan Todd Dashoff. She has been active in PSFS, the East Coast Floating Art Show Crew, ASFA, and was Treasurer of MilPhil. She was worked many conventions, both regionals and Worldcons. She is, of course, very active in Philcon. She co-chaired Smofcon 30 in 2012.
