James Ashe, a fan who lived in Upstate New York, was editor of Science Fiction Times from January 1967 to February 1968. He was married to Ann Ashe; they divorced in 1968, and she succeeded him as editor. He was a member of the Syracuse in '67 Worldcon bid.
