Frances Glynn (later Jason, then Ferguson) was a fan first from Manchester in the UK and then from the mid-1960s Ohio. She was a member of the Nor'west Science Fantasy Club and was part of the group that launched Femizine at the Supermancon in 1954, designing the poster for the fanzine. According to her brother, she and Frances Evans were frequently mistaken for one another.

She moved to Cleveland, OH, in the mid-1960s and married local fan Ben Jason, after which she attended Tricon and other American conventions. She was particularly friendly with Leigh Brackett and Edmond Hamilton. She later married Jim Ferguson, a former career soldier.

Her brother was fellow fan Tony Glynn.
