Chicago Worldcon Bid was the official name of the Illinois not-for-profit corporation that sponsored the Chicago in 2008 and Chicago in 2012 Worldcon bids and was the corporate parent of Chicon 7.

Officers at the time of the convention were: Steven Silver, President; Helen Montgomery, Secretary; Tom Veal, Treasurer. Following the convention, Dave McCarty was elected to replace Silver, who declined to run for a third term.
