Balticon 37 was a convention held at the Wyndham Inner Harbor Hotel, Baltimore, MD, Memorial Day weekend, May 23-26, 2003. The GoHs were Steve Miller & Sharon Lee. . The Art GoHs were Omar Rayyan and Sheila Rayyan. The Filk GoH was Steve Macdonald.
The chairman was Sue Wheeler.
Patricia Bray won the Compton Crook Award for Devlin's Luck. Last year's winner was Wen Spencer.
