Evelyn Dolores Chappell, nee Carrigan, a Tulsa, OK, fan active in the 1950s, was a member of the Oklahoma Science Fiction Confederation and art editor and co-publisher of its clubzine Nite Cry. She chaired Oklacon III.
She married Don Chappell in 1947, and they had two girls and a boy. Don called her Dolores, but she used Evelyn in their fanzine. They eventually moved to Poughkeepsee, NY, and later settled in Tucson, AZ.
