Sumner Gary Hunnewell, Jr., aka Hildifons Took, a St. Louis, Missouri, fan, collects Tolkien fandom material.

He collaborates with Marquette University (where the mss. of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings reside) to provide fannish material for use by students and scholars. The collection was started in 1976. As fanzines are abstracted in these 'reviews', they are donated to Marquette.

He hosted some Bree Moots. He has been a member of the British Tolkien Society, the American Tolkien Society, the Fantasy Association, Minas Aearon, the Cleveland Tolkien Society, Westmarcha, and the Mythopoeic Society.
