MiS-saigon

MiS-saigon was the third in a series of UK conventions collectively referred to as 'The MiScons'. It was a largely invitational event held February 9–11, 1996 in The Royal Clarence Hotel in Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset. The organisers were Tony Berry, Helena Bowles, Richard Standage and Martin Tudor.

The central programme item was 'The Witch Trial of Martin Joseph Tudor'.

The third MiScon saw the previous membership cap of 60 raised to 77. According to Martin Tudor writing in Prolapse #10 in 2008:

... it was found that the increased number of attendees at the con diluted the atmosphere, causing a fragmentation which hadn't been present at the first two MiScons. People split off into their usual con-cliques instead of mixing, as they had at the first two.
