FilkContinental 2001

FilkContinental 2001 was a filk convention held September 28-30, 2001 at the castle Freusburg in Freusburg (a village of Kirchen, near Siegen), Germany. The guest of honor was the group Puzzlebox.

The convention was held just weeks after the 9/11 attacks in the United States. There was discussion online about whether to cancel the convention, with sentiment heavily favoring holding the convention to show support for the United States.
