Chris E. Mulrain, Jr., was an early fan from Absecon, New Jersey, who was a member of the Newark SFL and a founding member of the N3F in 1941. He was slated to attend Phillycon 1940, according to Fantasy-News 125 (November 10, 1940).
He was an Army corporal in World War II.
