Can't Get Off the Island was a single-author fanthology of Greg Pickersgill's fan writing edited and published by Claire Brialey and Mark Plummer in August 2005 on the occasion of him being Fan GoH at Interaction, the Worldcon that year. Greg later reorganized the material for his own website as linked below, and Can't Get Off the Island was reissued in ebook form by Ansible Editions in 2017.

Material was drawn from Greg's fanzines Fouler, Ritblat/Grim News, Stop Breaking Down, Rastus Johnson's Cakewalk; from contributions to Frank's APA; from Seamonsters edited by Simone Walsh; and from posts to the Wegenheim and Memory Hole elists.
