Bill Lawhorn, a Baltiwash fan and conrunner, is the beleaguered chair of the 2021 Worldcon, Discon III.
He chaired the 2009, 2014, 2019 and 2020 Capclaves, and was on the committees for the 2010, 2011, and 2015 Nebula Award Weekends. He was on staff for the 2003 and 2014 World Fantasy Convention and co-chaired the 2018 WFC.
He reviews books for SFRevu and is a member of WSFA.
