The Happy Traveller was an apazine published by Norman G. Wansborough in the UK for FAPA.

The British Fanzine Bibliography only lists one issue that it said appeared in the 77th FAPA mailing, but in a mailing comment in Celephais 12 (August 1957) Bill Evans said:

The Happy Traveller: This is improving; I can read about half of it, with a struggle, but then, why? It would be better, Norman, to not write over the typing – it makes it a little bit hard to read.

The wording suggests he's addressing a second or subsequent issue, as does Evans remark that his comments were based on "A glance at the 79th mailing, with some postmailings from the 78th and a few for the 79th".

However The Fantasy Amateur for mailing 79 does not list the The Happy Traveller among the contributions although it does include Wansborough's Rune so perhaps there was some ambiguity in the titles.
