Fantast's Folly was a fanzine published by C. S. Youd and distributed through FAPA. The first issue was produced in Italy and the fourth in Austria.
The first issue began with:
EXPLANATION Strictly speaking this isn't Vol.1 No. 1. "Fantast's Folly", as older fapa members will recall, was originally the letters' section of the 1938 Fantast, and blossomed into an independent existence for a few hectic months under the aegis of Mike Rosenblum's Futurian War Digest. Its third issue includes an account of a gathering in London in August 1945 featuring Youd, Benson Herbert, Joyce Fairbairn, Ron Lane, J. Michael Rosenblum, R. G. Medhurst, Wally Gillings, Hal Chibbett, Maurice G. Hugi, Roland Forster, Syd Bounds, Norman V. Lamb of Toronto and "assorted spouses and things".
