Winston Juveniles
Revision as of 18:05, 14 December 2021 by Leah Zeldes Smith (talk | contribs)
A series of thirty-five so-called juveniles (now called YA) published by the John C. Winston company between 1952 and 1960. Authors included Poul Anderson, Don Wollheim, Arthur C. Clarke, and Lester del Rey (the last under his own name as well as under multiple pseudonyms.)
Along with the separately published juveniles by Andre Norton and Robert Heinlein, these books introduced a whole generation of readers to SF and were hugely influential.
