Windycon IX was a convention held from December 10-12, 1982 at the Lincolnwood Hyatt (Purple Hotel) in Lincolnwood, IL. Guests of Honor: Frederik Pohl, Jack Williamson. Chair: Dick Spelman. The con had the theme "A Holiday Relaxicon."
