Wilkie Conner was a fan from North Carolina active in the 1940s and ’50s. He was a member of both the National Fantasy Fan Federation (N3F), where he ran the Manuscript Bureau, and the World Wide Fiction Fans (WWFF) in the 1940s–50s, and a frequent contributor to the fanzine Spacewarp.
