VCON 28

VCON 28 was held October 10-12, 2003 at the Days Inn Hotel in Surrey, BC. The GoHs were Nalo Hopkinson and Esther Friesner, Jordin Kare as Science GoH and Adrian Kleinbergen was Artist GoH. It was chaired by Paul Carpentier.
