VCON 12 was a convention held May 25-27, 1984 at the Gage Residence at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC. The GoH was Samuel R. Delaney, and Debbie Notkin was Fan GoH. Frank Robinson was toastmaster, and it was chaired by Jo-Anne McBride.
It apparently lost a few thousand dollars: "Lack of a Treasurer and a budget seemed to be the main points." (File 770 50, p. 9)
