[[VCON]] 11 was held May 20-22, 1983 at the Richmond Inn in Richmond, BC.  The [[GoH]] was [[Frank Herbert]], [[Bill Warren]] was the [[Artist GoH]] and, the [[Fan GoH]] was [[Elizabeth Warren]].  [[Georges Giguère]] was [[toastmaster]] and it was chaired by [[Gay Madden]].
