Tyne Capsule

Tyne Capsule was an 80-page (including card covers) fanthology edited and introduced by Rob Jackson for Tynecon III: The Corflu, which was the 2015 Corflu held in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. The fanthology reprints fanwriting and fan art by and about Gannetfandom, the 1970s Newcastle and Sunderland fan club (see also NESFiG).

Contributors credited with articles in the contents list are Harry Bell, Graham Charnock, Pat Charnock, Andy Firth, Abigail Frost, Rob Jackson, Dave Langford, Ursula K. Le Guin, Ian Maule, Linda Pickersgill, Bob Shaw, Ritchie Smith, Harry Turner, Ian Williams and Kevin Williams. Credited artists are Jim Barker, Harry Bell (most interior art and back cover), Rich Loughton and Dave Rowe (front cover). Also featured are "star letters" from Robert Bloch, John Brosnan, Rich Coad, Terry Hughes, Greg Pickersgill and Bob Tucker.

An ebook reissue of Tyne Capsule with slight revisions and corrections by Rob Jackson was published by Ansible Editions in September 2019, online here.
