TusCon 23 was held Nov 15-17, 1996 in Tucson, AZ, at the Executive Inn. The GoH was Dennis L. McKiernan with Fan GoH Barry Bard and TM Ed Bryant. In addition Dr. "Buzz" Aldrin, the astronaut, was a Special Guest. Also a new program was added, a Midnight Masquerade, for "adults" only, in addition to the regular masquerade. The con's Chairbeing was Sue Thing. An at-the-door membership was $30.00.
