A hoax convention promoted by Bill Trojan at Westercon 42 in 1989. It was to have been held July 1-3, 1990, at his home at 1225 Elkay Drive in Eugene, OR, which would have been just prior to Westercon 43 in Portland, OR, a hundred miles up the road. To continue the philosophical humor, the sponsoring organization was Convention Organizing New Dealers Of Mid-valley.
