Tim C. Marion is a New York fan, formerly from Newport News, Virginia, who has turned to comics.

During the 1970s, he published many fanzines, mostly apazines, and attended hundreds of conventions, but in the 1980s, his interest in fandom waned and his interest in comic books grew. At one time, he was a member of N3F and was head of the club's Comics Bureau.

He once dubbed himself "Marion the Media Mavin". He founded REHUPA in 1972 and was a member of FAPA, SAPS, N'APA, APA-50, Slanapa, Slanapa, APANAGE and The Esoteric Order of Dagon.
