A fanzine published by Bill Rotsler with at least ten issues in the 50s through the 70s. Many of the issues had somewhat different names: "The Tattooed Dragon Returns, The Tattooed Dragon and His Electric Whing-A-Ding, The Tattooed Dragon and the Idol's Eye, The Tattooed Dragon and the Queen of Mars.
