An apazine published July 15, 1966 by Mike Ward for Technology Amateur Press Association. It is numbered as TZ #18.95 and as V1.5 of the Mitigator, but appears to be a oneshot humorous fanzine with many on-jokes about the forthcoming selection of the 1967 Worldcon site. (Ward was a major player in Boston in 1967, one of the bidders.)
