Terry Fong, a Montreal fan and conrunner, has been a director of CanSmof. He co-chaired the Worldcon bid Montreal in 2017 and is chair of Winnipeg in '23 and vice-chair of World Fantasy Convention 2021 in Montreal.
He ran in the 2010 DUFF Race jointly with Jannie Shea, but lost to John Hertz.
